  1. Prepare 2 1/2 cup of Oats.

  4. You need 1/4 cup of Butter.
  5. It's 1 box of Mini Marshmellows.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of Dried Craisins or Raisins.
  7. You need 1 of Chopped nuts/almonds/etc. (optional).

Ky's Energy Bars step by step

  1. Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
  2. Add marshmallows stirring frequently until creamy.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Sprinkle dried fruit (so it sticks) then add oats and creeal.
  5. Mix thoroughly until oats and cereal are "stuck".
  6. Put in 9x13 pan and press down until flat.
  7. Enjoy!.
