- Prepare 1/3 cup of almonds.
- You need 1 of and a half cups pitted dates or mixed dried fruits.
- It's 1 tbsp. of almond butter.
- You need 2 tbsp. of cacao powder.
- You need of Optional coating: Sesame, chia seeds or extra cacao for coating.
Cacao energy balls step by step
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz for 1-2 mins.
- Roll a teaspoon of the mixture (or more if you want them bigger!) into a ball and then roll in a coating if you choose to.
- Keep in the fridge or freeze some too!.
