Ingredients of Bangin' Corn on the Cob

  1. You need 2 of Ears of Corn.
  2. Prepare 4 tbsp of butter, melted.
  3. It's 2 of shallots, diced.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of sea salt.
  5. You need 1/2 tbsp of garlic, minced.

Bangin' Corn on the Cob step by step

  1. Bring pot of water to a boil.
  2. Shuck, and clean corn (still on the cob).
  3. Boil clean corn for 3 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to broil.
  5. Cut 2 pieces of aluminum (or enough for how many corn cobs you're making).
  6. Place corn on the foil and coat each cob with butter.
  7. Mix the shallot, garlic, and seal salt together. Cover the corn all over with it.
  8. Roll aluminum foil around entire cob and tuck in sides.
  9. Place on broiler for 4 minutes.
  10. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve!.
  11. *Note: To make the corn truly "Bangin" you will need to slap it around on a drum set OR listen to rock music while cooking..
