Ingredients of Delicious Hibachi Style Fried Rice

  1. Prepare 4 cup of cooked long grain rice.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of chopped onion.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
  4. It's 3 of eggs.
  5. You need 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables (I use the one with corn, green beans, carrots and lima beans).
  6. It's 1 1/2 cup of bean sprouts.
  7. You need 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of sugar.
  9. It's 3 tbsp of butter.
  10. You need of salt and pepper.

Delicious Hibachi Style Fried Rice instructions

  1. Cool the rice and break up any clumps..
  2. Heat one tbsp. vegetable oil in a wok and scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside..
  3. Add another tbsp. vegetable oil and stir in onions. Cook until translucent..
  4. Add mixed vegetables and bean sprouts and stir to combine..
  5. Add the rice and eggs and mix up..
  6. Add soy sauce, butter and sugar, making sure you mix butter in well..
  7. Season with salt and pepper..

I don't own a hibachi style grill like they use in the restaurants so I am just using. In this instructable I will show you how to make Japanese Hibachi Style fried rice. I had a request to make Japanese fried rice so that is what I am going to do. It includes the chicken, veggies, fried rice, and bean sprouts. My husband and I put together a combination of recipes that we found on the interenet and created this one.
