Ingredients of Delicious Hibachi Style Fried Rice
- Prepare 4 cup of cooked long grain rice.
- You need 1/2 cup of chopped onion.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of minced garlic.
- It's 3 of eggs.
- You need 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables (I use the one with corn, green beans, carrots and lima beans).
- It's 1 1/2 cup of bean sprouts.
- You need 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of sugar.
- It's 3 tbsp of butter.
- You need of salt and pepper.
Delicious Hibachi Style Fried Rice instructions
- Cool the rice and break up any clumps..
- Heat one tbsp. vegetable oil in a wok and scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside..
- Add another tbsp. vegetable oil and stir in onions. Cook until translucent..
- Add mixed vegetables and bean sprouts and stir to combine..
- Add the rice and eggs and mix up..
- Add soy sauce, butter and sugar, making sure you mix butter in well..
- Season with salt and pepper..
I don't own a hibachi style grill like they use in the restaurants so I am just using. In this instructable I will show you how to make Japanese Hibachi Style fried rice. I had a request to make Japanese fried rice so that is what I am going to do. It includes the chicken, veggies, fried rice, and bean sprouts. My husband and I put together a combination of recipes that we found on the interenet and created this one.
