  9. You need 1 tsp of Lemon pepper.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Basil.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garlic Pepper.
  12. You need 1 tsp of Onion salt.
  13. It's 1 tsp of Celery salt.

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Steam veggies and set aside.
  3. Cook chicken breast (best results in George Foreman grill to sear the juices).
  4. Dice chicken to small pieces and set aside.
