  2. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  3. You need to taste of Pepper.
  4. Prepare 4 Tbsp of Canola oil (eyeball).
  5. It's 3 Tbsp of Butter.
  6. Prepare 2 sprigs of Rosemary.
  7. Prepare 2 cloves of Garlic.
  8. You need 2 sprigs of Thyme.

Garlic Butter Steak step by step

  1. Rub steak with salt and pepper.
  2. (Optional) Let steak sit for half an hour.
  3. Cook at 250 °F for 35 minutes.
  4. Oil a pan, keep on high heat until smoking.
  5. Sear steak for 30 seconds on one side.
  6. Flip steak, and lower to medium-low heat.
  7. Add butter, rosemary, and garlic to pan.
  8. When butter melts, put garlic and rosemary on top of steak; pour hot butter/oil over it with a spoon.
