Ingredients of Oats Banana Muffins

  1. You need 2 of Ripe Bananas.
  2. It's ½ cup of Peanut butter(can use crunchy one too).
  3. You need 1/3 cup of Honey.
  4. Prepare 2/3 cup of Yogurt.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of Powdered Flax seeds.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of Cinnamon powder.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Baking soda (optional).
  8. It's 3/4 cup of Rolled Oats.
  9. You need 3/4 cup of Whole wheat flour.
  10. It's 1/4 cup of Chopped walnuts.
  11. Prepare ¼ to ½ cup of Chocochips (prefer dark chocolate).

Oats Banana Muffins instructions

  1. Take the ripe Bananas and mash them with a fork.
  2. Add the peanut butter,honey and the yogurt.
  3. Add the cinnamon powder, grounded flax seeds.
  4. Fold in everything.We not really need to whisk the batter for Muffins..
  5. Add the oats and the whole wheat flour.
  6. Add the chocochips and the walnuts too.
  7. Fold everything together..
  8. Fill the batter in greased muffin cups.You can use silicon moulds too.Fill the tins till ¾ full since they will rise while baking.
  9. Preheat the oven to 180⁰ C and Bake the Muffins for 15 mins.let stand the Muffins in the oven for 5 mins.
  10. Let them cool for 10 to 15 mins before serving.
  11. They are flavourful so they do not need any condiments as such.But can be enjoyed with a cup or milk or with your evening tea..
  12. Sugar is not added here as the bananas are ripe and they tend to get sweeter when baked and honey adds up to the rest of the sweetness..
