Chicken Steak w/ Mushroom Gravy instructions

1. Cut the fillet into thin slices. Season it with salt and black pepper on both sides..
2. Heat pan with a little oil and 2 cubes of butter..
3. Saute the mushrooms and minced garlic and set aside..
4. Dredge the seasoned fillet with flour and pan fry..
5. When all fillets are cooked, put back the mushrooms and garlic..
6. Pour some chicken broth and the cream. Mix well..
7. Add some salt and black pepper into the mixture..
