  1. Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer till it turns white..
  2. Add around 2 spoonfuls of eggs (not too much if not emulsions will be formed!) and mix with electric mixer for only 5 seconds! (count yourselves). Repeat this step till eggs are used up..
  3. Put in half of the sifted flour(inclusive of the 1 tsp of baking powder) and mix it for 5 seconds. Repeat this step with the remaining sifted flour..
  4. Use a scraper to scrape the sides and also fold in the mixture for about 5 times..
  5. Pour the mixture onto a greased (preferably with baking paper) baking tin and bake in oven at 190°F celsius for 30 mins..
