  1. Preheat oven to 185℃..
  2. Add softened butter and sifted sugar and mix until pale..
  3. Sift in flour and cornstarch and mix until everything is combined..
  4. Knead vigorously and place on a floured surface..
  5. Cut in half, roll each into small strips and cut them into 20 pieces each..
  6. Press them into balls with your hands (don't roll them or they'll fall apart!).
  7. Press each one lightly with a fork and shape the sides so they are super neat!.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the biscuits start to brown..
  9. Let cool and then you're done!.

The dough is like my spritz cookies, but with a little milk to make it pipe-able. Make sure it's properly softened to room temperature before beginning. I made the ice box version because it's so quick. Used colored sugar to make them pretty. I really need to find an easy to use cookie press because I'd love to make the spritz version.
