It had to be buttery, a little crumbly (like shortbread), and not too sweet.

- Prepare 1/3 cup of sugar.
- It's 1/4 cup of butter.
- It's 1 of egg yolk.
- Prepare 1 Tbspn of yogurt.
- It's 1 cup of flour.
- You need 1/8 of tspn salt.
- You need 1/8 of baking powdee.
Butter cookies step by step
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add the yolk and yogurt abd mix.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix.
- Pour mixture into piping bag and pipe biscuits onto parchment paper in a tray.
- Bake for 15 min at 180 degrees.
The dough is like my spritz cookies, but with a little milk to make it pipe-able. Make sure it's properly softened to room temperature before beginning. I made the ice box version because it's so quick. Used colored sugar to make them pretty. I really need to find an easy to use cookie press because I'd love to make the spritz version.
