Butter Cookies step by step

  1. Mix the butter and sugar such that it becomes fluffy and soft.
  2. Sieve the wheat flour over it.
  3. You can add any flavour as per your choice I have made plain so this is the time to add flavours.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.
  5. Keep the dough in refrigerator for 1 hr.
  6. Take out the dough from refrigerator and then roll over the baking mat the thickness is absolutely in your hand I have made slightly thick from thinner.
  7. Cut to the shapes which you like I have made this on christmas day so christmas cutter.
  8. Preheat oven at 180 degree celcius for 15-20 min.
  9. Bake the biscuit for 8-12 min.
  10. Biscuits are ready to serve.

The dough is like my spritz cookies, but with a little milk to make it pipe-able. Make sure it's properly softened to room temperature before beginning.
