In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
In a medium bowl using a hand mixer, beat butter and sugar until light.
It had to be buttery, a little crumbly (like shortbread), and not too sweet.

- It's 4 cups of flour.
- It's 250 g of butter.
- It's of I egg.
- You need of I cup of sugar.
- You need of I tspn baking powder.
- It's 1/2 of tspn baking soda.
- Prepare Pinch of salt.

Butter cookies instructions
- In a bowl add 250g of butter and one cup of sugar...mix with a mixer until fluffy.
- Add egg, baking powder,baking soda,vanilla flavour n mix.
- Then add your flour...knead the dough...make small ball out of the dough.
- Grease a baking tray with butter.
- Pour some sprinkles on ur palm, pick some balls n press a little bit on the sprinkles to attain a little bit flattened round shape.
- While on some other balls press in some pieces of chocolate chips n flatten them a little bit.
- On the rest of the balls use a fork n press to make the lines on the fork appear....bake in a preheated oven on low heat for 10 mins.
The dough is like my spritz cookies, but with a little milk to make it pipe-able. Make sure it's properly softened to room temperature before beginning. I made the ice box version because it's so quick. Used colored sugar to make them pretty. I really need to find an easy to use cookie press because I'd love to make the spritz version.
