- It's 160 g of flour.
- It's 1 1/2 tbspn of thick jam(apple/strawberry).
- It's 1/8 of tspn of salt.
Butter cookies instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Cream butter,add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Next, add egg, vanilla extract, salt and mix well.
- Finally add flour and mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the dough in a piping bag with star tip and pipe cookies into the baking sheet.
- Using a 1/4 thick stick gently press the Center of the cookie about half way making a little dent not a hole fill the Center with a little bit of jam.
- Bake until the sides of the cookies are starting to turn golden brown..
