- Press them into balls with your hands (don't roll them or they'll fall apart!).
- Press each one lightly with a fork and shape the sides so they are super neat!.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until the biscuits start to brown..
- Let cool and then you're done!.
The dough is like my spritz cookies, but with a little milk to make it pipe-able. Make sure it's properly softened to room temperature before beginning. I made the ice box version because it's so quick. Used colored sugar to make them pretty. I really need to find an easy to use cookie press because I'd love to make the spritz version.
