  2. You need 2 tbsp of butter.
  3. You need 1 of tomato.
  4. Prepare 1 of onion.
  5. You need 1 tsp of ginger.
  6. Prepare of I tsp garlic.
  7. You need 1 stick of cinnamon.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  9. It's to taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare to taste of Chilli powder.
  11. It's 1 1/2 glass of milk.
  12. It's 1/2 cup of yogurt.
  13. You need 1 of little garam masala.
  14. It's of Dania(garnish).
  15. It's 1/2 cup of water.

Chicken butter masala step by step

  1. Keep the ingredients ready. Cut the tika into smaller pcs. Chop dania and onion, tomato,crush garlic and ginger.
  2. In a karai, put butter. Add in the onion. Fry to brown color. Add in the tomatoes n cook.
  3. Now add in the ginger, garlic and the spices. Mix.
  4. Add in water and mix. Let this cook until the tomatoes are cooked.
  5. Now add in milk. Mix. Add in the chicken pcs and let it cook for a minute on high heat.
  6. Beat the yogurt and add it in. Sprinkle the garam masala powder,or (use royco cube if u like). Let it cook for 2 mins on medium heat. Garnish with dania.
  7. Serve with tandoori naan or white rice or mahamri.
