Ingredients of Butter Chicken
- Prepare 3 Tablespoons of Butter.
- Prepare of Water as required.

- Prepare 1 Cup of Milk.

- You need of Coriander leaves as required.

- Prepare of Cinnamon Stick (darchini) 1.
- It's 3 of Cardamon (choti Elaichi).
- Prepare 1 of Onion Finely chopped.
- It's 1 tablespoon of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's 4 of Green chilies chopped.
- Prepare 1 cup of Tomato Paste.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin seed.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 Teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 Teaspoon of Sugar.
- You need of Chicken Marination.
- Prepare of Boneless Chicken Cubes 500 Grams.
- You need 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice.
- It's 1/2 cup of Yoghurt.
- You need 1 Teaspoon of Coriander Powder.
- Prepare 1/2 Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder.
- It's 1/2 Teaspoon of Garam Masala Powder.
Butter Chicken instructions
- Chicken Marination: Add all the marination ingredients in the chicken and let it marinate for 30 to 45 minutes..
- Add 3 Tablespoons of butter in a pan and add marinated chicken. Let it cook until chicken is done. Set aside for later use..
- Add Chicken gravy ingredients in a pan except spices and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add all the spices and again cook for 5 to 6 minutes..
- Add water in the gravy as required. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes..
- Add milk and cream in the gravy. Mix it well. Add cooked chicken. Cook until gravy gets thick..
- Garnish it with qasoori methi, green chilies and coriander leaves..
