Ingredients of Butter chicken
- You need 1 kg of chicken fillet cubed.
- It's 4 tsp of chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of crushed coriander.
- It's 1 tsp of crushed cumin.
- It's 250 ml of fresh cream.
- Prepare 4 tbs of yoghurt.
- Prepare 1 of onion chopped.
- It's 2 tbs of butter.
- Prepare 2 tbs of oil.
- You need 1 tbs of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
- It's 1 tbs of salt or as per taste.
- It's 2 tbs of Chicken tikka masala.
- You need 1 tbs of ketchup.
Butter chicken instructions
- Marinate chicken with yoghurt, chilli powder, tikka masala, oil, turmeric,coriander, cumin and ginger garlic paste and leave it for 30 minutes.
- In a pot heat the butter and add onion and sauté when it will golden add tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes and grind it because we need creamy texture.
- Now add marinated chicken and cook till chicken will tender and all the curry looks creamy texture.
- When curry cooked and thick add in fresh cream.
- If you like then you can give the charcoal smoke to marinated chicken.
- Serve with naan or rice.
