Butter chicken instructions
- Sub se pehlay boneless chicken me dahi lal mirch powder salt Dhania powder zeera powder lemon juice dal ke marinate kar ke rakh day 1 hour.
- 1 hour ke baad is ko 2 tbsp oil dal ke fry kar lay.
- Ab pan me 3 to 4 tbspoon butter dalay or blend onion dal day.
- Is ke baad tomato puree dal ke haldi 1/2 t spoon cashew or 1/2 t spoon garam masala or 1/2 tsp kali mirch dal ke mix karay.
- Last me cream dal ke bone less Chicekn mix kar lay.
