Ingredients of Butter Chicken

  1. You need 1 kg of boneless chicken breast.
  2. It's 1 pkt of chicken tandoori masala.
  3. It's 2 tblspoon of ginger garlic paste.
  4. Prepare 250 gm of yoghurt.
  5. You need 100 gm of cashew paste.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of fresh milk.
  7. Prepare 2 tblspoon of fresh cream.
  8. You need 1 tlbspoon of cumin seeds.
  9. It's 100 gm of butter.
  10. Prepare as per taste of Salt.
  11. It's 4 tblspoon of tomato puree.

Butter Chicken instructions

  1. Cut boneless chicken into small cubes and then add ginger garlic paste and tandoori masala and salt and then marinate it with the chicken and refrigerate it for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat the pan and add butter and then add cumin seeds let them splutter and then add tomato puree and then add the marinated chicken.
  3. Let it be cooked on slow flame for 20 mins with the lid.
  4. Once the chicken is tender add cashew paste and fresh milk. Mix well with the chicken and let it be cooked on slow flame for 10 minutes.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked well and the oil separates add fresh cream and strirr well and cook for 5 mins.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with paratha etc..
