Butter Chicken step by step
- Heat oil in pan and add ginger,onion sauté them until cooked.
- Add garlic,masala,chilli powder sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cream and mix well.
- In another pan heat oil and butter add chicken and brown until cooked them mix together with the cream sauce.
