Butter chicken step by step
- Once the chicken is cooked and all water drained set aside..
- In the same pot, add some cooking oil and butter then fry the whole spices till they splutter.
- Add in the grated onion and fry till softens - add in the yoghurt and puree and let it cook on medium heat.
- Add in your full cream till you get it as saucy as you like..
- Add in the chicken and let it simmer on low heat - taste for salt..
- Once its well cooked sprinkle your coriander and your curry is ready to serve with rice, naan or chapati..
