Butter chicken step by step
- Take 1 kg chicken cuts wash properly.
- Keep pot(kadai) in gas.
- Pour one small bowl oil in the pot and wait stay warm.
- Put khade masala like black cardamom, cumin, Bayleaf, cinnamon, cloves.
- After this put ginger garlic paste and onion puree wait for brown.
- Put tomatoes puree and mix well together wait for 10 to 15 min.
- Put all chicken pieces mix together properly after ripening put butter and serve hot.
