Ingredients of Butter Chicken
- You need 1 kg of Chicken.
- You need 4-5 of Onions.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's as needed of oil.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's of cloves.
- Prepare to taste of black pepper.
- You need 1 teaspoon of chicken masala.
- Prepare to taste of green chilli.
- It's 100 gram of butter.
- Prepare 1 cup of hung curd.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need to taste of salt.
- Prepare of corinder powder.
Butter Chicken instructions
- Wash the chicken and let it for marination for 1 hour in the curd, ginger garlic paste, termerinc powder and add some chicken masala.
- Heat a pan add oil into it and put the cumin seeds, cloves.
- Add ginger garlic paste and get this.
- Add onion paste then fry this.
- Now put 2 tbs chicken masala.
- Now the marinated chicken and fry this atleast for 20 mins.
- Add the butter into it.
- Now cook it for 20 mins more.
- Check the chicken peices pieces with a help of knife or fork if it's cooked properly only then take out from the heat.
- Serve this with more butter on it. Garnish with corinder leaves or chillies.
