  2. It's 2 of large potatoes cut into cubes.
  3. It's 2 of onions chopped.
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds.
  6. You need 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds.
  7. It's 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
  8. It's 3-4 of dry red chilli.
  9. Prepare 1 of tomato pureed.
  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder.
  11. You need 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  12. You need To taste of salt.
  13. Prepare As needed of ghee.
  14. You need As needed of water (warm).

Chicken ghee roast step by step

  1. Marnate the chicken with salt turmeric powder and ghee.
  2. Now heat ghee in a pan and roast all the dry masala.
  3. Make a paste of it and keep aside.
  4. Add ghee in the same pan and add the onions and ginger garlic paste.
  5. Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder.
  6. Add the chicken and saute cover it and keep stirring on a low heat.
  7. Add the tomato puree and cook well.
  8. Finally add the paste and the potatoes and mix well adding warm water.
  9. Cover it till it gets properly cooked.
  10. Garnish it with garam masala powder and serve.
