- You need 1/2 tsp of sugar.
- You need 1 tbsp of kasuri methi.
- Prepare As per taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 of Roasted chicken.
15 minute Butter Chicken instructions
- Grind cashews in a mixer..
- Heat butter in a pan. Add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves to it. Heat it till fragrant..
- Add ginger garlic paste and slit green chillies to it. Heat it for one or two minutes..
- Add tomato puree to it. Stir it for a few minutes, then add red chilli, sugar and salt..
- Heat it till it turns into a paste like consistency. Rapidly stir to avoid burning..
- Add some water (around 100 ml).
- Add roasted chicken to it. Along with garam masala and kasuri methi. Simmer the gas for 5 minutes to make the chicken more tender..
- Add cream to it and mix. Simmer for a minute or two..
- Butter chicken is ready to serve.
