  12. You need 1/2 tsp of sugar.
  13. You need 1 tbsp of kasuri methi.
  14. Prepare As per taste of Salt.
  15. Prepare 1/2 of Roasted chicken.

15 minute Butter Chicken instructions

  1. Grind cashews in a mixer..
  2. Heat butter in a pan. Add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves to it. Heat it till fragrant..
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and slit green chillies to it. Heat it for one or two minutes..
  4. Add tomato puree to it. Stir it for a few minutes, then add red chilli, sugar and salt..
  5. Heat it till it turns into a paste like consistency. Rapidly stir to avoid burning..
  6. Add some water (around 100 ml).
  7. Add roasted chicken to it. Along with garam masala and kasuri methi. Simmer the gas for 5 minutes to make the chicken more tender..
  8. Add cream to it and mix. Simmer for a minute or two..
  9. Butter chicken is ready to serve.
