Butter chicken step by step
- Marinate the chicken with salt,turmeric and red chilli Powder.
- Fry the onion garlic ginger and tomatoes along with kaju kishmish.
- Blend it and keep aside.
- Heat butter on a low flame and add the chicken pieces.
- Fry it with salt and turmeric.cover and stir method is necessary to allow the chicken cook properly.
- As the chicken gets done add the blended masala, combine and cover.
- Let it on a low flame to cook well.
- Finally add butter garam masala powder and switch off the heat.
- Delicious butter chicken is ready to be served.
