  7. Prepare of Some cold water.
  8. Prepare 1 cup of rolled oats.
  9. Prepare 2 of eggs.
  10. It's 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  11. Prepare 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Berry Butter Bars instructions

  1. Mix 1/3 cup sugar, the berries and 1/4 cup cornstarch.
  2. In a new bowl mix the dry ingredients, then cut in the cold butter, add the eggs and add the cold water.
  3. Hand mix the dry dough ingredients until cohesive but crumbly.
  4. Grease a 9x13 pan and layer with dry mix leaving some to top the pan later.
  5. Add the sugar and berry mix over the dough layer.
  6. Top with the rest of the dry mix.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 F.
