I am always one to have a sweet tooth, so smoothies are a great way to satisfy my sweet tooth with something a little healthier. This chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie is thick, creamy like ice cream, and tastes amazing. It is also full of protein thanks to greek yogurt and peanut butter!

Ingredients of Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Banana Smoothie

  1. You need of Smoothie.
  2. It's 1/2 small of banana.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of peanut butter.
  4. It's 3 tbsp of cocoa powder.
  5. Prepare 3 oz of wheat germ.
  6. It's 1 1/2 cup of milk.
  7. It's 1 cup of ice.

Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Banana Smoothie instructions

  1. Get out a Banana..
  2. Cut it in half.
  3. Get out the peanut butter.
  4. Take 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter..
  5. Put peanut butter in the blender..
  6. Get out wheat germ..
  7. Fill the lid so all of the bottom is covered ( do not fill all the way)..
  8. Get out the cocoa powder..
  9. Put 3 scoops of powder in the blender..
  10. Pour about 1 1/2 cups of milk in the blender..
  11. Put some ice in the blender..
  12. Blend and Enjoy!!!.

The first time I tried this Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie I thought maybe someone had accidentally slipped me a Wendy's Frosty. But the difference between a Wendy's Frosty and this smoothie is that everything in this recipe is healthy. How could this not be good though? It has three of the best flavors, banana, peanut butter and chocolate all together in one decadent morning treat. Note that the sweetness of this smoothie comes from the ripeness of the bananas so be sure to use some that are well ripened.
