Paneer Net Dosa instructions

  1. For Batter:-- Wash and soak the urad dal and rice for 5 hours. After that drain excess water and add Fenugreek seeds, ginger, green chillies, salt. Grind to make smooth batter. Now add curd and water as per requirement to make a thick consistency batter. Keep it aside..
  2. For Stuffing:-- Take butter in a pan at medium flame. Add chopped tomato and 1/2 tsp of salt and cook it till become mashy. Now add onion, cook for 2 minutes. Now add capsicum, carrot, sweet corn and cook for 2 minutes..

Make vertical lines and again make horizontal lines crossing over vertical lines to make it look like a net. Apply butter over the net dosa and cook it to both sides. Fill the stuffing and fold in dosa shape and cook it till become crisp..
