Instant ragi dosa recipe using ragi flour and rice flour.
This is my go to recipe whenever I run out of dosa batter.
This comes out nice crispy and tasty, I love it so much.
Ingredients of Ragi Dosa
- You need 150 gm of Ragi.
- You need 50 gm of Urad dal.
- You need 1 tsp of Fenugreek seeds.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Cooked rice.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need As needed of Ghee for Dosa.
- Prepare 400 ml of Water.
Ragi Dosa instructions
- First take a bowl add ragi, Urad dhall and fenugreek seeds wash 3 times and soaked 3 hours..
- Take a grinder add ragi, Urad dhall, fenugreek seeds, cooked rice, salt and water grind in course batter and formatting 8 hours..
- Take a tawa pour the batter with ladder and circle it and pour one tspn of ghee and cooked in medium flame and flip to cook other side also..
- Ragi dosa ready to serve with Red chillies chutneys..
