Ingredients of Masala dosa
- It's 500 gm of ready dosa batter.
- It's 6-7 of curry leaves.
- You need 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
- Prepare 2 of red dry chilli.
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- It's 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of dry mango powder(amchur).
- You need 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder as per taste.
- Prepare as needed of Ghee.
Masala dosa step by step
- Heat and grease the tawa well (use non -stick).
- Spread the better on tawa and cook it well on one side.
- Other side prepare masala,heat oil in pan add mustard seeds,curry leaves,turmeric powder and dry red chilli in it.after two minutes then add boiled potatoes then put salt,red chilli powder,anchor and mix it well..
- Now on one side of dosa put red chutney, potato and onion(optional) in it and fold it carefully.
- Now masala dosa is ready to serve with sambar or coconut chutney.
