Ingredients of Rava Dosa
- You need 1/2 cup of semolina (Rava).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of rice flour.
- You need 1 tbsp of plain flour (Maida).
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- It's 1 tbsp of curd.
- You need 1/2 tsp of chilli paste.
- It's of some chopped coriander.
- Prepare 4 cups of water.
- It's of as required Ghee/Butter for roasting.
Rava Dosa step by step
- In a bowl, take Rava, rice flour and maida. Add salt, curd to it and mix all the ingredients well by adding water gradually. Keep the batter aside for 15 minutes..
- Further add chilli paste and coriander and mix well. Make sure the batter is thin watery consistency..
- Pour the dosa batter over very hot tawa and spread butter or ghee over it and let it roast on low flame until it turns golden and crisp..
- Fold the dosa and serve hot with coconut chutney..
