Ingredients of Mysore Dosa

  11. Prepare as needed of curry leaves.

Mysore Dosa step by step

  1. For Dosa batter. Soaked rice and urad dal for 8 hours then grind it and keep aside for fermentation for 12 to 15 hours(when making Dosa add salt).
  2. For chutney grind the coconut, red chilli, tamrind puree, pepper,chanaDal, curry leaves into a smooth paste if needed add water.
  3. Heat Dosa tawa and put batter of dosa spread it then put ghee as needed then put chutney one tbsp on it spread it cook it till Dosa it golden brown serve it with sambhar.
