- Prepare 1 cup of thick rava.
- You need 1/4 cup of rice flour.
- It's 1 of big onion finely chopped.
- You need 2 of Green chilli finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped Cashews.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of raisins.
- You need 6-7 of chopped curry leaves.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Schezwan Sauce.
- Prepare To taste of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare As needed of Ghee.
- Prepare as needed of Water.
- You need of For Schezwan Coconut Chutney:-.
- It's 1 cup of grated coconut.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of roasted gram daliya.
- It's 1 tbsp of Schezwan Sauce.
- You need To taste of Salt as per taste.

- Mix rava,rice flour, green Chilli, Schezwan Sauce, salt,onion, Cashews, raisins, curry leaves and water in a bowl and mix well & Keep aside for rest.
- For Chutney grind all the ingredients in a mixer grinder I and to Smooth paste with water..
- Now heat nonstick Dosa tawa and pour thin watery dosa batter with spoon and cook until crispy fold from three sides and serve hot in a plate with Schezwan coconut Chutney..
