- Prepare 1 cup of cashew nuts.
- It's 1 of onion.
- You need of Olive oil.
- You need 1 of Cinnamon stick.
- You need of Cardamon.
- You need of Caraway seeds.
- You need of Fennel seeds.
- It's of Nutmeg.
- You need 3 clove of garlic.
- It's 1 Tbsp of grated ginger.
- You need 2 lbs of diced tomato (or fresh tomatoes).
- It's of Garam masala.
- You need of Tuemeric.
- Prepare of Cumin.
- Prepare of Cloves.
- You need of Coriander.
- It's of Cayenne pepper.
- It's 4 Tbsp of butter.
Authentic Indian "Butter Chicken Curry" バターチキンカレー Gluten Free step by step
- Cut chicken thigh as you like.

- Put salt, pepper, spice on chicken and put them in a ziplock bag.
- Pour yogurt in and mix.
- Store that in fridge for few hours to overnight.
- Put cashew nuts in water for 20 min.
- Grind caraway seeds, fennel seeds and cardamon.

- These are the ones I used.
- Sauté cinnamon and grounded spice in olive oil.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until clear.
- Add chicken and yogurt, keep heaying.
- Strain cashew nuts and blend with diced tomato till creamy.
- Add it in the pot.
- Check the taste and add salt, other spice (Garam masala, turmeric, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, cayenne pepper, etc), then add butter.
