Ingredients of Chicken briyani
- It's 2 pcs of bay leaves.
- You need 1 pcs of star anise.
- It's 1 pcs of cinnamon stick.
- You need 5 pcs of cardamom.
- You need 10 pcs of cloves.
- It's 4 pcs of finely chopped onion.
- Prepare 2 pcs of finely chopped tomato.
- It's 3 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of curd.
- You need 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare 7 pcs of green chillies.
- Prepare leaves of Coriander.
- It's leaves of Mint.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of kashmiri chilli powder.
- Prepare 3 cup of Basmathi rice.
- You need 600 gm of chicken.
- It's 3 tbsp of oil.
- You need 2 tbsp of ghee.
- It's of Salt as required.
- You need 4.5 cup of Water.
Chicken briyani instructions
- In a pot add ghee,oil wait till the oil is heat then add all the spices,onion,green chillies,coriander leaves and mint leaves..
- Saute till the onion colour changed to golden brown then add ginger garlic paste saute till the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste disappears..
- Then add tomato cook till it become smashy then add chilli powder,wait till the oil is separated from the mixture..
- Now add the curd,lemon juice and chicken mix all the ingredients close the lid and cook in a low flame till the chicken get cooked for 75%..
- Then add a water (for 1cup of basmati rice 1.5cup of water both should be same cup) make it to a boil state after that add rice here we need to check the taste of salt and cover with lid..
- Cook in a low flame after 15-20mins the biryani is ready to serve..
