  14. You need 1/2 tbsp of kashmiri chilli powder.
  15. Prepare 3 cup of Basmathi rice.
  16. You need 600 gm of chicken.
  17. It's 3 tbsp of oil.
  18. You need 2 tbsp of ghee.
  19. It's of Salt as required.
  20. You need 4.5 cup of Water.

Chicken briyani instructions

  1. In a pot add ghee,oil wait till the oil is heat then add all the spices,onion,green chillies,coriander leaves and mint leaves..
  2. Saute till the onion colour changed to golden brown then add ginger garlic paste saute till the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste disappears..
  3. Then add tomato cook till it become smashy then add chilli powder,wait till the oil is separated from the mixture..
  4. Now add the curd,lemon juice and chicken mix all the ingredients close the lid and cook in a low flame till the chicken get cooked for 75%..
  5. Then add a water (for 1cup of basmati rice 1.5cup of water both should be same cup) make it to a boil state after that add rice here we need to check the taste of salt and cover with lid..
  6. Cook in a low flame after 15-20mins the biryani is ready to serve..
