  1. Prepare 3 bowl of any size small or medium mung beans soaked.
  2. Prepare 3 bowl of or little less sugar.
  3. You need 2 bowl of desi ghee.
  4. Prepare of Almond soaked and chopped.
  5. It's of Cardamom powder.
  6. You need 3 bowl of same as mung beans water.

Moong dal halwa or split petite mung beans dessert step by step

  1. Soak mung beans atleast for 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Now blend it make a smooth paste.
  3. Take a heavy base pan and add desi ghee.
  4. Add mung beans paste and stay at very low flame.
  5. Stir it to fry golden.
  6. Dont pause otherwise it will burn.
  7. When it start smell sweet and looks golden and parted then add almonds.
  8. At other side make water hot and add sugar.boil it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  9. Now roast almonds with mung beans paste.
  10. Add syrup to paste and stir it until it all soaked syrup.
  11. Garnish with again almonds or not.yummy and mouthwatering halwa is ready.
