Ingredients of Khandvi
- It's 3/4 Cup of besan or gram flour.
- Prepare 1/2 Cup of Butter milk or thick yogurt.
- Prepare to taste of salt.
- It's of Ginger and green chillies crushed.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
- It's of Seasoning or Garnish.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.
- It's of Mustard seed.
- You need leaves of Curry.
- Prepare 3 of green chillies Slit.
- You need Pinch of hing.
Khandvi instructions
- In a bowl add gram flour,butter milk and whisk it well.Then add turmeric,salt,ginger and chilli paste and mix well no lumps..
- Pour the mixture in a pan and pressure cook for three whistle or cook in low flame continuously stirring till its thick and good consistency to spread..
- When hot add the Mixture in a flat surface or plate applying oil and immediately spread completely and let it cook down..
- Now cut them straight and roll tight and keep it in plate. In a pan add oil once hot add mustard seed,curry leaves,hing and green chillies..
- Pour the oil all over the khandvi and let it soak for while before serving 😊.
