Ingredients of Cream of rice

  1. It's 1/2 cup of long grain rice.
  2. Prepare 2 cups of water.
  3. It's 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  4. Prepare 2 cups of broth I used beef.
  5. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of yoghurt.
  6. You need 1 of egg yolk.
  7. You need 2 teaspoon of cornstarch.
  8. Prepare 2 tablespoon of cold water.
  9. You need of Topping.
  10. You need 2 teaspoon of dry mint.
  11. You need 2 teaspoon of butter.

Cream of rice step by step

  1. Wash the rice few times to get clear water.
  2. Over medium heat cook the rice with 2 cups of water make sure it doesn’t dry the water about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the broth over the rice and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the egg to yoghurt and mix, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoon of water to smooth add with egg yoghurt mixture and mix.
  5. Scoop some of the cook rice water add on top yoghurt and mix so it will shock the temperature of yoghurt then add to the rice mixture make sure you stir the soup and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Melt the butter cook with dry mint for 2 minutes then add on top the soup enjoy 😉.
  7. Enjoy.
